Manager :
Good morning, Judy.
Assistant :
Good morning, Paul.
Manager :
I wanted to talk about the annual sales meeting.
Assistant :
Yes, what about it?
Manager :
It’s scheduled for this Friday at 9 a.m., right?
Assistant :
Yes, that’s correct.
Manager :
I have to go on an unexpected business trip to the United States for five days, so we need to reschedule the meeting.
Assistant :
Oh, I see. When would you like to reschedule it to?
Manager :
Let’s reschedule it to one week later.
Assistant :
I’m sure that won’t be a problem. I’ll make the necessary arrangements.
Manager :
I hope this change in schedule won’t cause any problems.
Assistant :
I’m sure it’ll be fine. I’ll make sure to inform all the attendees of the new time and date.
Manager :
Thank you, Judy. You’re always so efficient.
Assistant :
It’s my pleasure. Let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you.
