If you see a teen or an adult suddenly collapse, do you know what to do? Call 911 or ask someone to call 911. Then begin performing hands-only CPR as needed. Find the center of the chest. Press hard and fast at least 2 inches deep at a rate of 100 to 120 beats per minute. Don’t stop until help arrives. Let’s review the process again. If you see a teen or an adult suddenly collapse, call 911 or have someone nearby call 911. Begin administering hands-only CPR by pressing hard and fast on the center of the chest at a rate of 100 to 120 beats per minute. Continue to do this until help arrives.
