Welcome to Express Bus. How may I help you?
Passenger :
Hello. I’d like to purchase a one-way ticket to Chicago, please.
Attendant :
What time would you like to depart? The next bus will leave at 3 p.m., and there’s one every two hours after that until 11 p.m.
Passenger :
I’d like to take the 3 p.m. bus, please.
Attendant :
Okay. That will be $20. Anything else?
Passenger :
Can you tell me how long the bus ride is?
Attendant :
It’ll be about one hour and forty minutes. However, it could be a little longer or shorter, depending on the traffic situation.
Passenger :
Got it. Thank you for the information. [Paying] Here you go.
Attendant :
Thank you. ... Here is your change, as well as your ticket. Please arrive at Gate 6 at least 10 minutes before the bus departs.
Passenger :
